Great place to stay at if you're out for trips or business the whole day. We didn't have breakfast here at that time. As the name implies, it's for low budget trips, but hey, if you're just going to sleep at night and out the whole day, why need a fancy room. For us, this hotel offered a great deal. Lots of eateries in the area too, in 2007, we used to enjoy the Black Pepper Crab!
Budget hotel, so expect a quick in and out experience. No many good dinners nearby so don't expect to get a pleasant food within walking distance. Hotel is relatively new and room size is pretty decent. Nothing to complain about cleaniness. My Minimum service to be expected to keep the price low. For the price it offers, you can't go wrong.
Great place to stay if you are planning to go budget trip. me and my husband were there 5 days, staff were nice and they clean rooms every day. Mountbatten Station and bus stop are waling away. there are more restaurants near by hotel. Al Bidayah Restaurant was great and worth. Even though it's close to the red light district, we didn't come across anything suspicious. there are windows but we can't open it.
Overall it is an acceptable hotel and good value for money
The room isn’t cramped at all, it’s clean, and the staff are super helpful.
Basic bathroom amenities with just tooth brush/paste and body/hair soap.
Conveniently closed to many eating places, several bus stops, and not far from Aljunied MRT Station.
My only concern: we can’t open the window, don’t know how the room ventilated.

Ok hotel. The price was pretty good, but the isolation of the rooms were really bad. You could hear people walking outside of your room and the sound was really loud when other guests flushed the toilet.
Positives - location. Service is okay. Nothing exceptional, but enough.
Rooms... Okay, I've been in many awful places, but this is #1 of them. There are no windows in the room that you can open and the moisture is everywhere
